Because we manufacture our products on site, we sadly can not allow member of the general public to collect orders directly due to health and safety reasons.
We hope that you will be pleased with our products. Should you have a complaint please feel free to e-mail or call us. We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 days and do our best to resolve the problem.
Standard Items: Should your order be unsuitable in any way simply return the goods within 14 days of receipt for a refund. (We can not arrange collection nor pay the post or carriage for returns). Goods must be in a perfect unused condition with their original packaging. Your payment will be refunded as soon as we receive the items back. Please return the goods with the dispatch note that was sent with the goods.
Bespoke Items: We can not accept returns of bespoke items unless they are defective in some way beyond our normal working tolerances. A colour difference is not a defect. We strongly suggest that you request a sample piece before ordering a design.
If an item is damaged in transit please reject the delivery and inform us within 7 days.
Shortages must be reported immediately. If not reported within 7 days from delivery we can not send replacements.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
We are registered for VAT in the UK (VAT registration number GB103311287) and the current rate of VAT of 20% is applied to all items, a breakdown of this cost will be provided on the purchase receipt given by Paypal or Google Checkout. For telephone orders a VAT receipt may be requested within 14 days of your purchase.
We will deliver your order to any accessible address within the British Isles (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland)
Apart from APO/BFPO addresses we do not accept PO BOX numbers as addresses.
